HOSPITAL POLICIES:

  • All Dogs and Cats must be on a leash, in a carrier at all times in our clinic
  • Aggressive pets will be muzzled and may require sedation. Additional charges will apply for sedation.
  • For your safety, your animals safety, and the safety of our staff, PLEASE ALLOW OUR STAFF TO HOLD YOUR ANIMAL DURING EXAMINATION.
  • Please turn off all electronic devices while in the exam room.
  • Must show proof of current vaccinations from a Veterinary Clinic or Hospital, before in-house treatments or surgical procedures. Failure to provide proof of current vaccinations, An exam and vaccinations will be preformed at your expense.
  • Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill or have payment plans.
